Welding is a course that allows students to learn about welding technology including Math, Introduction to Blueprints, Hand and Power Tools, Orientation to the Trade, Introduction to Welding & Shielding Metal Arc Welding. Advanced Welding completes the program with emphasis on Gas Metal Arc Welding, Flux Core Arc Welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, and applications of production welding processes. Upon completion of this option, the student will be trained to take the NCCER Level 1 Core Certification and the Welding Level 1 Certification exams.
